The Brizen Junior Youth Club

The junior youth club, open since June 2010, is open to young people between the ages of 8 and 12 years. This very successful junior youth club (which is unique in Cheltenham) is open every Friday between 4pm and 6pm at The Brizen Young People's Centre, Up Hatherley Way, Cheltenham.

The youth club offers indoor entertainment including table tennis and pool, together with computer games and a large variety of arts and crafts activities (as well as occasional celebratory parties!).

Outside, on the Brizen Recreation Ground, we frequently employ Cheltenham Borough Council sports instructors who provide a lot of healthy games and friendly sports activities (and during the drier months there is lot of other healthy outdoor activity too).

On occasions and funds permitting, we also arrange day trips to interesting places and organisations.

All our in-house staff are fully trained and experienced youth workers, and they organise all the activities and pastimes for the young people - as well as providing a variety of refreshments to all youth club members!

All this is available to young people between the ages of 8 and 12 years.....and just for £1 for each weekly two hour session!

Junior Youth Club Halloween Party, October 2011

A very successful full fancy dress Halloween Party was held at The Brizen Young People's Centre for the junior youth club on Friday 28th October 2011. As you can see, everyone joined in with the spirit of the occasion and had a wonderful time!
